ORDERS AND DELIVERY

Where is my order?

The package should be delivered to you within 7 days after its shipment (14 days if package is sending for UK). If you still haven't received it after this time, check what's happening with it by pasting the order number in the search bar:

What is my package number?

You should receive an email to the mailbox that you specified upon placing the order (or creating your account): the email serves as a confirmation of your order. You should find the package number there. If you’ve received no number or can’t find it, contact us – and we’ll send it to you again.

How long will I wait for my order?

The orders are usually fulfilled within 5 business days starting from the day we receive the payment – unless the description of the product you’ve selected specifies some other waiting time. We always try our best to make our packages reach you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Sure. If the order hasn’t been paid for yet, then we haven’t sent it. However, if you’ve already paid, then please email us at [email protected] – and we’ll assist you.

Will I get a discount for placing a bigger order?

How much time do I have to make a payment?

We reserve the product for you and wait for your payment for 5 business days. If no payment is received by then, the order gets automatically cancelled and the product returns to the shelf.

How can I pay for my order?

There are several payment methods you can choose from:
–payment by card
–online transfer
–payment with PayPal
–payment by regular bank transfer
If you pay by bank transfer, please send us the confirmation of the payment at [email protected]. This will let us process and send your order faster.

How can I return a product?

You can find a detailed instruction in the section “Delivery and returns”

How can I make a complaint about a defective product?

If the purchased product has defects, you should send it back (with a receipt) to the same address that we’ve provided for returns. Complaint processing takes 14 days. In case of a positive outcome, we’ll try to repair the defective product or will exchange it for the new one.

All our clothes are sewn in Poland, Lodz. Thanks to the high quality materials, we produce very durable clothing. We take care of every production stage and ensure that every item has a perfect finish.

Do I have to register to be able to make an order?

No, you don’t have to, however we encourage you to! Having a user account will make future purchases easier and lets you keep a transaction history.
