Delivery and returns

Where is my package?

Delivery should reach you the latest after 72 hours from the time we send it. If it still didn’t come,check what is happening with it by typing the package number in search:

What is the number of my package?

Together with order confirmation send to your e-mail address you should get the number of your package. If you can’t find it, write to us we will send it again.

What is the time of expectancy for the delivery?

Time of realization the order is 3-14 working days counting from the day money were posted. We always try our best to make sure you get clothes the quickest possible.

Can I cancel the order?

Whats the time limit I must pay for the order?

It is five working days, after this period it is being cancelled and the Product from the basket comes back to the Shop as available again.

How can you pay for your Shopping?

There are few ways you can pay for your order:

- By card
- By traditional bank transfer

How can I return goods?

How can I make a complaint about defective Product?

If the purchased item turns out to be defective, please return it along with receipt to the same address as in the case of returning the complaint. Consideration period of 14 days. In case of positive consideration we will try to repair the defective Product or change it for new.

Where are your clothes sewn?

All our clothes are seen in Poland in Lodz, thanks to high quality materials we get very durable clothes we watch over each stage of production and we make sure that everything is perfectly finished.
